We do not charge additional, hidden charges- All charges quoted in our FDA will be supported with relevant govt agency/third-party invoices.

In case of any discrepancy/clarifications required on your Final Invoices, you can contact our Accounts dept with a cc to your Operator / PIC of that particular call.
In case of no response, you may write to our group Compliance Dept and your complaints will be resolved in 48 hours or less.

We follow a centralized system, through which your emails are first received at our central location and then forwarded to the concerned team, Person or Port office it is meant/addressed to.
Do not worry about the time taken as its automated and happens at the blink of an eye.
